OnePlus

A Chinese company called OnePlus, doing business as OnePlus, has its headquarters in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is an Oppo subsidiary. On December 16, 2013, Pete Lau and Carl Pei established OnePlus with the goal of creating the OnePlus One, a premium flagship smartphone powered by CyanogenMod.

OnePlus would keep releasing smartphones into the 2010s and 2020s. The OnePlus Nord, the company's first mid-range smartphone since the OnePlus X in 2015, was introduced by OnePlus in 2020. Until his departure from the firm in October 2020, Pei oversaw the product design and marketing for OnePlus. He afterwards founded a manufacturer of consumer goods called Nothing.

In 2022–2023, OnePlus is still actively manufacturing smartphones with top-tier features, including 5G connections, for affordable prices ($200–749 USD). To increase its credibility and reach, OnePlus has teamed with T-Mobile to make the OnePlus Phone available through T-Mobile.
