Ostra

Modern Mediterranean eatery Ostra is situated at One Charles Street South in Boston's Back Bay and is one of the Most Michelin Star-Worthy Restaurants in Boston. Chef/Owner Jamie Mammano and Executive Chef Mitchell Randall specialize in specialty seafood found throughout the Mediterranean and regions in the U.S., drawing inspiration from regional and European seafood variations. The food is prepared simply, bringing out the pure, fresh flavors of each dish. The dining area at Ostra exudes style and sophistication in a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, Ostra has a lovely bar and lounge area with live piano entertainment. Up to 42 people can be seated in Ostra's private dining room, and up to 70 people can attend a cocktail reception.

Spanish for "oyster," Jamie Mammano, the chef, and owner, pays a hearty tribute to the abundance of the sea with his fish-centric Mediterranean restaurant in Park Square. High-quality branzino, sea bream, Spanish octopus, and monkfish are expertly prepared, and the paella "Valencian Style" is a playground for a variety of sea life. Some of these ingredients are flown in from the Mediterranean. A highlight is the enormous raw bar, Crudo, and caviar service.
