Zuma, the 12th and most recent addition to the international collection is situated in the Four Seasons Hotel on One Dalton Street in Boston. Located in the Back Bay district of Boston, it offers casual dining in an izakaya-style. The menu is attractive and extensive. With rich, intense flavors and a focus on straightforward presentation obtained through quality ingredients, dishes are authentic yet not typical. There is no formal procedure for ordering from the menu; nonetheless, izakaya-style refers to the sharing of food at the table.

Fortunately, this international izakaya's Boston outpost does just that.
