Outlook festival

Given the title "Best Overseas Festival" by the UK Festival Awards, Outlook Festival is for sure the biggest musical event in Croatia and one of the best summer music festivals in Europe. In fact, much of the team involved in organizing the festival comes from the United Kingdom, and so do many of its attendees. This festival takes place in a very unique spot - an abandoned ruin. Here the sound systems and stages are erected in various tunnels and even the moat of the ruins, creating a unique experience for festival goers.

The 2011 edition of Outlook Festival saw an increase of almost double the capacity and the introduction of a number of new stages. This led to mixed reviews from attendees of the previous festival, some of whom preferred the more intimate setting, however, the larger audience allowed festival organizers to book some relatively exclusive artists who perhaps may not have been within the budget otherwise.

Moreover, Outlook Festival also plays host to a number of boat parties that feature artists from the festival and sail around the Adriatic coastline playing more individual selections of music than other stages around the festival.
