Despite the lack of evidence, one review claimed that facial exercises could improve facial muscle tone. Another study showed that performing facial muscle workouts twice a day for eight weeks promoted face rejuvenation and increased muscle thickness. Remember that there is not enough information on the effectiveness of facial exercises specifically for fat loss. To understand how these activities might impact facial fat in humans, more research is required.
