RuPaul's Drag Race is an American reality competition television series produced by World of Wonder for Logo TV (seasons 1–8), WOW Presents Plus, VH1 (seasons 9–14), and, starting with the fifteenth season, MTV. RuPaul's search for "America's next drag superstar" is documented in the show. RuPaul serves as host, mentor, and head judge for this series, in which contestants face new challenges each week. The show's title is a pun on drag queens and drags racing.
