It aired for nine seasons as the first spin-off from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and focuses on Lisa Vanderpump and the staff at her West Hollywood restaurants and bars, SUR Restaurant & Lounge, Pump Restaurant, and Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar. Vanderpump Rules follows Lisa Vanderpump and the staff at her West Hollywood, California, restaurants and bars, SUR Restaurant & Lounge, Pump Restaurant, and Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar, as they work on their show business careers and become entangled in interpersonal drama. The show initially focused on Scheana, a new server, and her relationships with long-term employees Kristen Doute, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, Stassi Schroeder, and Jax Taylor.
