SoLo Farm & Table
In an 18th century home in South Londonderry, Vermont, SoLo Farm & Table mixes warmth and sophisticated farm-to-table cooking. Chloe and Wesley Genovart, a husband and wife duo with years of restaurant expertise in Manhattan and Europe, founded their first restaurant in 2011.
While Vermont's food scene demonstrates a dedication to supporting local agriculture, SoLo Farm & Table takes it a step further. Many of their components come directly from their own farm, despite their vigilance in supporting local suppliers. Nothing is left to chance at SoLo Farm & Table: their pasta, a hallmark on the menu, is produced in-house, and the meat is frequently supplied from their farmers across the street. Rather than buying pieces of meat for their meals, SoLo frequently purchases the entire animal. Their commitment to environmental stewardship earned them Vermont's first Green Restaurant Award. Of course, the cuisine is fantastic.
