Spiaggia Le Saline
Spiaggia Le Saline is one of the biggest island attractions in the Sulcis archipelago, at the southwestern end of Sardinia. It is a stretch of fine white sand that slopes towards the transparent sea.
The thin, soft, and clear sands form small dunes dotted with seawater lilies. Le Saline is one of the pearls of the Calasetta territory. The clear water on the shore fades into patches of blue. The seabed is clear blue, gently sloping, can comfortably swim for those who have not experienced swimming and children.
It is an ideal destination for surfers and is loved by those who practice water anglers or want to dive and snorkel. During less crowded times, you'll get a close-up view of stunning specimens like Italian flamingos, herons, and knights.
