Super Bock Super Rock

Another prominent music event takes place in Portugal. In the summer, the Super Bock Super Rock event takes place in Lisbon's Parque das Nacoes. The rock city is located along the river on the northern side of the capital. There are several pubs, clubs, museums, and restaurants in the area that all emit a distinct amount of enthusiasm during the Music Festival.

Super Bock Super Rock is one of the most famous festivals in Portugal, prestigious, and well-attended events, having been organized for more than 25 years.

During that quarter-century, the event has relocated numerous times, from various locations in Lisbon to Meco, a seaside town to the south of the city. What hasn't changed in that time is the dedication to putting on incredible lineups with bands from all around the world.

Despite the festival's name, the organizers regularly welcome stars of pop, electronic music, hip hop, and other genres to perform alongside indie and alternative music favorites, whether they are international established superstars or up-and-coming acts from Portugal's vibrant and diverse music scene.
