Tanjiro

The main character in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is Tanjiro Kamado. He joined the Demon Slayer Corps as a Demon Slayer in order to hunt down and kill demons as well as find a cure to transform his sister, Nezuko Kamado, back into a human. He is definitely one of the greatest brother characters in anime. He then vowed to annihilate Muzan Kibutsuji, the King of Demons, in order to save others from the same fate as himself.

Tanjiro was a coal burner before becoming a Demon Slayer. Muzan murdered his entire family, and his little sister, Nezuko, was transformed into a demon. Tanjiro was a devoted family man who showed concern for each of his siblings. But when a demon turns his entire family into demons except for his younger sister Nezuko, his life takes a dramatic turn. Even though Tanjiro was quite depressed, he persisted. To discover a means to restore Nezuko to normal, he made the decision to travel.

It's incredible how dedicated Tanjiro is to supporting his sister. To protect his sister, he even dared to confront Hashira. Tanjiro's role as one of the most endearing brothers in anime is cemented by the flashback scenes in which he was shown taking care of all of his siblings.
