The Adventures Of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius
The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (also known as Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius) is an American computer-animated television series based on John A. Davis's 2001 film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. It was the first broadcast on Nickelodeon on July 20, 2002, for three seasons, with the final episode airing on November 25, 2006. The comedy follows the title character, an 11-year-old genius from Retroville, as he goes on adventures with his best friends Carl Wheezer and Sheen Estevez. Different disasters and conflicts occur on these travels throughout the episode, as Jimmy's various inventions go bad.
The series has received several nominations, including Kid's Choice "Favorite Cartoon" in 2006 and 2007, as well as an Annie Award for "excellent accomplishment in animated television production for children" and a Motion Picture Sound Editors "Golden Reel award." Planet Sheen, a spin-off, broadcast from 2010 to 2013.
