The Hook Up Plan

The Hook Up Plan (French: Plan Coeur) is a Netflix comedic web series. The plot revolves around Elsa, who is approaching thirty and working in an unfulfilling career, who is still hung up on her ex-boyfriend two years after they broke up. Her friends decide to hire a male escort, who Elsa knows as educator Julies, to rekindle her trust in dating, relationships, and finding love in a misguided attempt to boost Elsa's confidence. When Elsa discovers this secret, she becomes agitated. As Elsa struggles with mounting misgivings about Jules, long-standing friendships come to a head.

Season 1 premiered on December 7, 2018, followed by Season 2 on October 11, 2019. On August 26, 2020, Netflix released a special program on the COVID-19 pandemic in France. The program was renewed for a third and final season in December 2020, with a launch date of January 1, 2022.
