The Jounieh International Festival

One of the most recognized cities in Lebanon, Jounieh sparkles throughout the summer. The Jounieh International Festival is the focus for summer fireworks, gorgeous gatherings of boats along the shore, Lebanese theater, and of course music. Enjoy Arabic musical arrangements performed by an all-star lineup as well as the performances of certain foreign artists to get a true flavor of the location.

Residents and visitors to Jounieh are welcome to enjoy and participate in the different cultural and theatrical events (street theaters) that will take place in the pleasant commercial area of the old traditional Lebanese residences.

As part of the inaugural event, the beautiful refuge of the city's bay, which will be illuminated by cannon lights, will welcome a massive yacht gathering beneath the illuminated splendor of fireworks. This festival, with the sponsorship of His Excellency the Minister of Tourists, will stimulate tourism and boost life in the old stone souk.
