T.O.M. R

T.O.M. R, in the village of St Andrä im Sausal, 20 kilometers north of Leutschach, has long been a popular dining destination in southern Styria. Tom Riederer and Katarina run their business out of a former rectory, which has been transformed into a light, attractive fine-dining establishment with a few upper rooms for overnight stays. Riederer's cooking is precise and highly visual, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, as it should be in Styria.

This is a leisurely event, so plan on coming around 7 p.m. for dinner, 12.30 p.m. for lunch, or 11 a.m. for Sunday brunch. If you're a vegetarian, vegan, or have allergies or food intolerances, let them know ahead of time and they'll be pleased to accommodate you.
