Vestel
Vestel is a Turkish manufacturer of household and professional appliances made up of 18 companies specializing in electronics, major appliances, and information technology. Vestel's headquarters and manufacturing factory are in Manisa, while the parent business is the Istanbul-based Zorlu Holding. Vestel was created in 1984 and has expanded to realize its global potential since joining the Zorlu Group in 1994. Vestel has quickly gained market share and achieved global relevance as a result of its thriving export activities and massive production capacity.
Vestel, along with its subsidiary companies, has a substantial market share in the European industry for consumer electronics and home appliances, particularly television sets. Vestel was Europe's largest TV producer in 2006, with over 8 million units sold, accounting for a quarter of the European market. Vestel also owns two subsidiary brands: Vestfrost, which sells white goods, and Luxor, which sells televisions throughout the Nordic nations. Vestel entered the smartphone market in 2014. Most Vestel televisions are sold under licensed brand names such as Toshiba, Hitachi, Polaroid, JVC, Bush, Alba, and a variety of own-brand labels.
Vestel Customer Services won two honors at the 4th CX Award Turkey and one at the Istanbul Marketing Awards in 2021. In addition, Vestel has 765.000 m2 of internal space out of a total area of 1.300.000 m2. With 19.500 personnel, over 900 partners, and 35.000.000 manufacturing capacities each year, the generation may export to 158 countries worldwide.
