Cameron Weiss' obsession with watches began at an early age. His parents said he slept with a watch on his wrist and attempted to repair his first watch when he was just five years old. Cameron went on to study business at the University of Southern California after graduating from high school to realize his dream of becoming a watchmaker.

Following his graduation from USC, he enrolled in an apprentice-style watchmaking program. This two-year full-time curriculum taught him the skill of watch repair and how to hand-make watch components on lathes. He then went on to earn further certifications from Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin in the U. S and Switzerland. He founded Weiss Watch Company with his now-wife Whitney and Labrador Jules at his side after ten years of refining his trade. In his dining room, he spent over 300 hours hand-finishing and assembling the first 10 watches.

Weiss Watch Company is still a family-owned business today. Each watch is handcrafted from conception to end, combining traditional traditions with new technology breakthroughs. They've also brought on board Swiss-trained and accredited American watchmakers to ensure that every stage of our procedure is flawless. While Weiss values traditional watchmaking processes, they are as passionate about introducing you to new ones. Their design method is as follows: each component is sketched by hand, then engineered, prototyped, examined, measured, and tested before being manufactured for you. As a result, each watch represents the pinnacle of form and function.

Every case, crown, and buckle is handcrafted from single blocks of 316L stainless steel and polished to a high standard. Dials are made of a unique brass alloy for durability. Last but not least, the final dials are hand-painted with color first, then with text, and finished with hand-pressed sapphire crystals. Every movement is chosen by Weiss, then finalized by hand, and Incabloc shock protection covers the balance wheel pivots. Every Weiss watch takes over 35 hours to make and is designed to be a dependable everyday heirloom. Inspired by American innovation and honesty, they take great care to guarantee that each edition exceeds historical standards; and with appropriate care, a Weiss timepiece may survive for generations.
