Xlendi Bay

Xlendi is a modest beach vacation town that was formerly little more than a small fishing village. The settlement, which stands in a gorge overlooking a lovely bay, is surrounded by steep cliffs. In the bay's marina, colorful fishermen's boats may still be seen bouncing up and down.

Swimming, snorkeling, and diving are all popular activities at Xlendi Bay. A little sandy beach leads into shallow seas that are ideal for both young and old, while the more daring can swim and snorkel in deeper water off the beach's lengthy stretch of rocks. Xlendi is a great diving spot for beginners due to its reef structures. This is a classic Gozitan fishing community with excellent restaurants, taverns, and hotels.Xlendi Bay is a beautiful site for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and sunbathing, thanks to its crystal-clear seas and pure natural surroundings.

Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront promenade while taking in the beautiful scenery. Xlendi lies on Gozo’s southwest coast and is easily reached by car either through il-Fontana or il-Munxar.
