Yong Sheng 荣成

One of the oldest candies in Malaysia, having been around prior to the country's independence. Since 1952, Yong Sheng has created nostalgic tin designs that are ideal as gifts for the holiday season in addition to offering a vast array of traditional flavors that are beloved by many Malaysians.

They have been in existence for over fifty years. The initial idea was to offer freshly baked goods and snacks to the community, along with full moon gift boxes for newborns and wedding gift boxes for recently married couples. These tiny candies were a popular treat in the 1960s and 1970s.

Owing to advancements in transportation in the 1980s, local clients have taken to giving their products as gifts to loved ones who live overseas in order to spread happiness.
