  1. Love Handle's meats are here to change all of that. When visitors walk into Asia's first plant-based butcher, they're welcomed by a glass counter stocked with various pieces of meat, ranging from smoked brisket slivers to raw meatballs, calamari rings to unagi fillets, and even beef wellingtons. There was an odd sense of familiarity in the air as if folks were going to any other butcher. The butchery is divided into three departments that feature raw meats, marinated and prepared meats, sauces, and dairy. It also delivers thoroughly researched in-house creations alongside industry leaders like Impossible, Tindle, Growthwell, and many more.

Customers are encouraged to pay them a visit and make their way up to the cozy 40-seater dining space, where they can sample a totally plant-based meal designed by chef-owner Addis Tan and his staff. Tuck into delicately battered Enoki Tempura, creamy Cream Spinach Loaded Fries, or Mom's Luncheon Meat, which has delicious chunks of Omni Pork stir-fried with dark soy sauce with caramelized onions and pickled cucumbers to provide a refreshing twist to the mix. Celeriac Alfredo is a must-try since the delicate celeriac pasta tasted crisp, clean, and vegetal. Topped with an in-house Hao Gan Ma infused chile oil, earthy grilled oyster mushrooms, and a soy milk alfredo sauce.

  2. When it comes to superb vegan food, Cultivate checks all the boxes: they're plant-based, GMO-free, and even gluten-free - all while keeping the menu strictly vegan. After all, they believe that "pure food" is essential for cultivating your greatest self. This swanky vegan spot offers everything from cold-pressed juices to gluten-free desserts by sourcing organic products from all over the world. There's no excuse not to go, especially as this vegan café in Maxwell Reserve Hotel also has a beautiful library-themed environment with shelves of books all around.

While the decor is beautiful, it's not your standard Instagrammable café - it one-ups the competition and does it better. Expect only the freshest ingredients here, with an emphasis on seasonality, with dishes like white asparagus, Turkish figs, and Sicilian green olives on the menu. They serve vegan sandwiches, poke bowls, salads, and superfood earth bowls. There's also a tasty assortment of 'Cavi-Art', a seaweed substitute to caviar. You may taste salmon roe, wasabi-based caviar, and seaweed-based caviar with this, and yes, they're all made from responsibly collected seaweed but still give a powerful burst of flavor.

  3. If cocktails can make talks flow, then new bar Analogue is a conversation starter in more ways than one. The drinking studio is the latest endeavor of award-winning Native's Vijay Mudaliar, who intends to raise awareness about food sustainability issues through its fully plant-based menu, which is a first in Singapore. It all starts with the space, which is intended to foster conversation. The inside boasts a dramatic cerulean 3D-printed countertop that swirls and loops around beautiful columns and is located within the historic grounds of a renovated chapel. Smaller tables made of mycelium, a type of fungus, surround it.

To display old items in attentive and delightful new ways, the bar may rely on environmentally conscious substitutes - or analogs. However, Analogue has unintentionally developed a different way of ingesting that cannot be replicated. Soursop, which replaces over-farmed honey with a vegan alternative to create a pleasantly colorful and floral-scented sip, is a restaurant favorite. Adzuki retains the nutty scent of red beans without the overpowering sweetness. The buckwheat and matcha then contribute lovely earthy aromas.

  4. Green Common is a fascinating new option for those searching for a meatless supper in town. It's a one-stop shop for all your plant-based requirements, with a 112-seat eatery and a retail nook stocked with a wide range of worldwide meat-free brands. The colorful decor and all-inclusive cuisine make this place feel friendly. Choose between relaxing in a pastel-colored chair, dining under a living air plant ceiling fixture, or dining alfresco by the water. Then, peruse a vast menu with a number of meat substitutes used to make dishes inspired by a variety of cuisines, including pizza, noodles, local street food, and more.

For first-timers, start with some Alpha Nuggets, a guilt-free delight free of cholesterol and artificial colors. Or nibble on strips of Omni Luncheon Fries, another snack that doesn't include the cholesterol or nitrates found in canned varieties. There's also the Omni Musin, which serves teriyaki-glazed OmniMeat Luncheon wrapped in sushi rice and topped with pineapple chilli chutney. While most meatless replacements are geared for Western meals, Green Common has created meatless versions of traditional Asian dishes. On the menu, try the Hainanese Trick'en Rice cooked with Heura, or the banh mi-inspired rice dish topped with Unlimeat, a lesser-known beef alternative.

  9. Whole Earth, Singapore's first and only Peranakan-Thai vegetarian restaurant, was formed in 2003 with the objective of elevating the standard of plant-based cookery and promoting it to a wider audience beyond vegetarians and vegans in their little red dot. 10. Since the 1950s, Kailash Parbat has been displaying exceptional culinary skills. "Mulchandani Brothers" began their journey with "Pani Puri", and their endeavor has now evolved into a brand "Kailash Parbat", a chain of restaurants that is dedicated to offering unusual recipes from throughout the world.

The interiors of Kailash Parbat Restaurant are as busy and chaotic as the dishes. But don't let the sheer amount of options overwhelm you; here's how to filter it down. Among its hallmark dishes, the chole bhatura is a fan favorite, while the restaurant's chickpea curry served with puri is spicy but sinfully delicious.
