    DNB Bank

    DNB ASA (previously DnB NOR ASA) is Norway's largest financial services business, with more than NOK 1.9 trillion in total assets and a market capitalization of NOK 164 billion as of 20 May 2016. DNB's headquarters are in Oslo.


    The Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry owns 34.0 percent of DNB, while Sparebankstiftelsen DnB NOR owns 10.0%.     Bank Norwegian

    2007 marked the beginning of operations for Bank Norwegian in Norway. In 2022, after a period of 15 years, Bank Norwegian merged with the Swedish bank Nordax, becoming a subsidiary of Nordax Bank as a result of the merger.
