120 Collins Street

120 Collins Street is a 265 m (869 ft) skyscraper located on Collins Street in Melbourne CBD, Victoria, Australia. It was built from 1989 to 1991 and consists of 50 floors of office space and 4 floors of factory. Building was designed by the Hassell architecture firm with Daryl Jackson. The structural engineer was Connell Wagner and the mechanical, electrical and fire-fighting engineer was Lincoln Scott.

120 Collins Street is a postmodern building reminiscent of New York City's grand Art Deco buildings such as the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. These influences can be seen on the building's granite façades, slopes and central masts.

Building includes Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bain, BlackRock, Rothschild, Knight Frank, Qualitas, Standard & Poor's, BlueScope, Urbis, Mitsubishi, Rio Tinto Group, Ord Minnet, System Partners, Morgan ... Stanley, Citigroup and Korn Ferry.
