Prima Pearl, also known as the Pearl Tower and Prima Tower, is a residential high-rise building built in 2014 in Melbourne's Southbank area, Victoria, Australia. The skyscraper is the 6th tallest building in Melbourne and the 9th tallest building in Australia.
Also, the Prima Pearl Tower towers over Melbourne's South Shore district, one of the tallest residential buildings in the city. The curved façade is covered with reflective bronze glass panels (which provide excellent insulation and sound insulation), creating a changing effect as the day approaches and contrasts sharply with the city skyline.
Built by Disegno Australia, this building has 72 floors. 10th floor is parking space, 2nd floor is entertainment and relaxation area, 1st floor is Sky Lounge and the remaining 57 floors are 600 luxury apartments.
