ACE of BRUSSELS
The Cambridge International School ACE of BRUSSELS offers inclusive, personalized learning plans to students ages 3 to 19 in small classes in a welcoming, engaging atmosphere. The hands-on activities in the English-language active learning curriculum encourage character development, teamwork, and a love of learning in all children.
Children can be kids at ACE START because it offers a welcoming, secure, and engaging environment. It results in contented, involved kids who respect others and themselves and are ready to learn.
Your child can learn the foundational skills of reading, writing, and math through ACE START, which are essential for all future learning. Additionally, the play and activity schedule helps young students develop a variety of social and inquiry skills.
The Cambridge International Curriculum is followed by the project-based ACE of BRUSSELS curriculum. Teachers with extensive experience teach literacy, math, science, computing, humanities, art, design and technology, physical education, and music. Specialists help the kids broaden their education, boost their self-esteem, and cultivate an appreciation for the arts.
Using a range of reading schemes, the younger children are heard reading aloud daily. This enhances and broadens all the reading abilities needed to cultivate a deep love of reading as well as the self-assurance to explore and learn about the many literary genres that are accessible to them.
The math curriculum is taught through hands-on activities backed by resources like Khan Academy, Mathletics, and Hamilton Trust. It guarantees that every child has the chance to realize their full potential and is motivated and self-assured in mathematics.
The Head of Inclusion for ACE RISING, ACE PLUS, and ACE CONNECT is Miss Ashley Egan, who is a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual. With ACE RISING, children in Reception through Year 6 have a ratio of two adults to three students.
Senior students are eligible for ACE PLUS. Senior students can study in groups or alone, depending on what works best for them, by using the Senior building. It also involves making any necessary accommodations for students to take their external exams.
ACE CONNECT is a rigorous academic program created for kids between the ages of 3 and 11 who require a more focused and individualized approach to learning. The program provides instruction in a secure, tailored, and comfortable setting for up to eight students with special learning needs.
For students who require additional support and individualized attention, a 2:1 student-to-teacher ratio is advantageous. Along with other professional assistance, ACE of BRUSSELS students also receive individual and group sessions for occupational therapy, music therapy, and speech therapy.
