AKB49 – Renai Kinshi Jourei

"AKB49: Ren'ai Kinshi Jrei" follows Minoru Urayama, a high school student who aspires to be a singer. He admires and is inspired by the music and performances of the popular girl group AKB48. However, until he is asked to join a local idol group as a cross-dressing member, he lacks the confidence to pursue his dreams.

Minoru is initially opposed to the idea of cross-dressing, but he eventually decides to adopt the persona of a girl named "Minori" and join the idol group. He quickly realizes that being an idol is not as glamorous as he imagined and must deal with the difficulties of juggling his dual lives as a high school student and a member of the group. He also forms complicated relationships with the group's other members, including his love interest and fellow idol, Sakura. Throughout the series, Minoru faces various obstacles, including rival idol groups, scandals, and personal struggles. He also learns about the sacrifices and hard work required to pursue his dream of becoming a singer.
