Boku Girl

Boku Girl is a transgender-themed ecchi romantic comedy that follows Mizuki Suzushiro, who is depicted as a male high school student with feminine beauty at the start of the series, which often causes Mizuki to be seen as a woman and flirted with by men because of her insecurity over a lack of masculinity. This gender-bending manga is about Suzushiro Mizuki, a first-year high school student who is constantly mistaken for a girl. It's so bad that he's constantly rejecting many men's confessions.

Even the girl he has a crush on appears to regard him as one of the girls rather than a possible love interest. Meanwhile, Loki, the trickster god, has grown tired of playing tricks on her fellow gods. She returns her attention to the mortal world and sets her sights on Mizuki for her next round of fun. As a result, Mizuki awakens with developing breasts and a missing portion of his anatomy. What else awaits Mizuki, and how will he deal with it?
