Josh Bahen, a winemaker, made a seamless shift into chocolate, using a 1930s Barth Sirocco Ball Roaster and a circa 1910 Guitard Melangeur in the batch process to restore the vintage age of chocolatier. From bean to bar, Bahen & Co creates stone-ground chocolate. A traditional way to chocolate production that harkens back to a more leisurely era.

This Australian chocolate brand's chocolate can be regarded as slow and unique. The cocoa beans are sourced directly from some of the world's most isolated and exotic locations, then stone-ground, conched, tempered, and wrapped at Bahen's Margaret River winery facility.
