Hunted+Gathered is a Melbourne-based chocolate company whose sole purpose is to discover the cacao bean's depths and flavors.

This Melbourne-based group maintains a "less is more" mentality and was a big winner at the 2018 Australian Food Awards. The brand creates organic chocolate from bean to bar at its Cremorne headquarters. Their philosophy is that the most basic products are the greatest, and they usually taste the best as well.

As a result, no chocolate bar comprises more than five ingredients, with the majority having only three. The brand's goal is to make chocolate that is unrivaled in terms of quality and flavor depth, which is why they utilize only organic ingredients and source the world's best beans. In other words, it's all about the bean, which is sourced directly from Central and South American co-ops in this case.
