Melbourne Cocoa was officially launched in 2019 by Jeremy and Philippa Kennedy-Wilson, the 2nd generation craftsmen behind Kennedy & Wilson, a label that has been delivering award-winning chocolate to chefs and chocolate connoisseurs for over 25 years. The Cocoa Group, a family-owned and run umbrella company, has a long history of producing chocolate for a variety of luxury private labels.

Melbourne Cocoa aims to create a flavor profile that is unique to this region of the world. That's chocolate with a rich cocoa and cocoa butter flavor and a creamy, rather than milky, finish. The collection is based on the classic Milk Dark & White Chocolate blends.

The brand's small-batch blends have been impressing palates ever since, with exquisite flavors, melt-in-your-mouth textures, and imaginative names.
