Metiisto Artisan Chocolate began in 2012 in Falun, a small village deep in the Swedish woodlands, but in 2018 relocated to Toowoomba, QLD.
From the cocoa bean to the final bar, the chocolatier's mission has always been to create tasty and elegant chocolate using only the finest, ethically sourced ingredients.
The company has won numerous international prizes and specializes on getting cocoa from Pacific countries like the Solomon Islands. The brand then inspects each bean individually before it is roasted, winnowed, refined, conched, matured, tempered, and wrapped.
