Jasper and Myrtle Chocolates is a small Australian chocolate company situated in Canberra.

All of Jasper and Myrtle's chocolates are created by hand from cacao beans sourced from Papua New Guinea, specifically the Bougainville Autonomous Region. Jasper + Myrtle roasts their brands on-site before blending them with a variety of high-quality ingredients. Sustainability and traceability are at the heart of Li Peng and Peter's business, with no artificial colors or preservatives utilized.

Single-origin dark chocolate bars are part of the Jasper and Myrtle line, which focuses on bringing out the flavor of the cacao beans. The company has also had success in the International Chocolate Awards, where it has won several awards throughout the years.

Jasper and Myrtle take on the challenge of improving the flavors of the beans with additional natural ingredients to create extremely delectable chocolates in the flavored bars.
