Zokoko
Michelle Morgan, a chocolatier who works at the base of the Blue Mountains, produces some of Australia's best chocolate. Dean and Michelle Morgan launched Zokoko in 2006.
Zokoko chocolate has a rich and deep flavor profile that is immensely gratifying. To ensure that our chocolate remains distinctive, it obtains the finest cacao beans from throughout the world and uses traditional artisan methods.
The first stage in the process of making handmade beans to bar chocolate is to work directly with growers to procure cacao. Sourcing cacao directly from the growers allows us to engage in a discussion with the farm, providing constructive criticism and assisting them in enhancing the beans they produce. Growers gain from the premium that the beans attract as a result.
The specific bean-to-bar procedure at Zokoko was created to highlight the uniqueness of each bar. Their objective is to provide you with handmade chocolate that recalls 'a special moment of deliciousness in your day'.
