Beavers Bend State Park
Beavers Bend State Park, one of Oklahoma's most well-known and gorgeous parks, is located in the state's lovely southeast. It was founded in 1937 and has the lovely Broken Bow Lake. It was named for a steep bend in the gorgeous Mountain Fork River.
The park has beautiful views and landscapes, with lush forests encircling its lakeshores and riverbanks. It is tucked away amid undulating hills and low-lying mountains. There are several hiking trails and mountain bike roads that wind through the forest, making the rocky and rural area a delight to explore.
Fishing, swimming, and canoeing are three of the most well-liked outdoor activities there because to the area's rushing river and picturesque lake. Many visitors opt to camp in the park or stay in one of its cozy cottages, where they may play tennis, mini-golf, and archery in the nature center.
