Few restaurants in Ukraine have truly authentic settings, but this Italianesque palazzo's art nouveau dining room (formerly a stock exchange, now the Philharmonic Hall) is the real deal.

There's an award-winning wine list, live music on occasion, and a private courtyard for summertime chilling, in addition to well-crafted Southern and Eastern European fare. Bernardazzi bears the name of the architect who designed the structure.
