Musafir, one of Bakhchysaray's greatest restaurants, moved to Kyiv in May of 2015. The aroma of Crimean cooking wafts from the kazan's kitchen, where a plov (pilaf) maestro makes a magical stew (traditional wrought-iron bowl). They create great yantyk (pie-like pastry) and Turkish coffee, in addition to the traditional Tatar cuisine.
The latter comes with sugar lumps that are supposed to go straight into your mouth rather than into your cup.
