Blue John Cavern

Blue John Cavern in the Peak District is one of four show caverns in Derbyshire, England, named after the semi-precious mineral 'Blue John.' Blue John Cavern, regarded as one of England's greatest caves, is well-lit by artificial lights and the caverns are breathtaking. The tour within the Blue John Caren, which is led by an experienced miner, is quite intriguing and informative.

After you've finished touring the cave, stop by the cave's craft shop, which is known for its superb craftsmanship, and pick up one of the Blue John Cavern's ornaments, which include bowls, eggs, jewelry, and goblets.
