Bossam
Bossam is a dish that combines boiled pork and raw vegetables with many other side dishes such as kimchi, garlic, spicy gourd, etc.
They usually boil the pork belly or neck in a broth containing various herbs to give the pork a better flavor.
Like many other dishes, Korean dishes are often distinguished by the sauce of the dish. Bossam is eaten by dipping it with ssamjang or salted shrimp and then wrapped in lettuce and perilla leaves and many other accompaniments.
