Chichibu
Chichibu of Whisky Venture was born in 2008, and founded by Ichiro Akuto, based in a small valley near Saitama City, Japan. It is considered Ichiro-san's first modern and independent distillery in three decades. All Chichibu products use 100% Japanese Mizunara oak to ferment, creating Ichiro-san's signature fruity whisky style.
Chichibu is known to be a small-scale brand, so single malts are also produced in small batches, making Chichibu whisky rare and limited. So many people hunting for Chichibu whisky even accept to pay extra and drink it skillfully. Chichibu's most searched products are Ichiro's Malt Chichibu 'The Peated' 2015 Cask Strength, Ichiro's Malt Chichibu 'On the Way'.
