Hatozaki
Kaikyo Distillery produces Hatozaki whisky that is easy to drink, elegant, and embodies the exquisite natural art of the Edo era (1603–1868). Hatozaki was introduced to the whisky market in 2018, and its head office is located in Honshu, Hyogo, Japan. Hatozaki whisky takes its name from the oldest lighthouse in Japan and is the result of master mixologist Kimio Yonezawas constant learning and collaboration with fellow bartenders and distillers in Scotland.
Hatozaki is the product of the precision and mastery of blending malt and grain ingredients that contribute to a luxurious, relaxing, and mellow Japanese whisky production culture, in addition to providing an impressive balance to the famous Japanese whisky.
