Cirrus is a modern seafood restaurant located on the riverfront in Barangaroo South. With dishes like Rainbow Trout with Citrus and Trout Roe Butter Sauce and Steamed Baby Barramundi with Radicchio and Red Wine Sauce, the menu highlights responsibly obtained seafood and the best seasonal fruit from local farms. Non-seafood eaters and vegans are also catered to on the menu.
espite the addition of a few new neighbors in recent years, Cirrus Dining has remained one of the greatest Sydney seafood restaurants in the neighborhood. Scallop and bay lobster dumplings, Western Australian marron served with salted duck egg and chile, and blue eye trevalla with cabbage, kelp, and brown butter are just a few of the current menu selections at Barangaroo, which was one of the first restaurants to operate in Sydney.
