Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant

One of the newest additions to our list is Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant, which has proven that not all of Sydney's most picturesque tourist districts need to be lined with cynical, pricey eateries. The waterfront restaurant, which is housed in the historic Campbell's Stores building next to the Park Hyatt Sydney, is best enjoyed by starting with one of their massive and varied seafood platters and working your way through dishes like grilled Western Australian octopus with black garlic mayo, Canadian scallops with blistered tomato, and the excellent pan roasted barramundi sourced from the Humpty Doo region of the Northern Territory, served with pearl barley risotto, wild mushrooms.
