Octave Klaba started OVH in November 1999 with the support of his brother Henry and his two cousins, Haline and Miroslaw.In order to finance more global expansion, OVH raised $250 million in October 2016.[9] OVH raised more than US$1 billion at this funding round. OVH reportedly earned $343 million in sales during the 2016 fiscal year. Five-year plans to increase investment by a factor of three beginning in 2021 were announced by OVH in 2018. Which converts to somewhere between $4 billion and €7 billion.
