French multinational corporation Schneider Electric SE focuses on digital automation and energy management.The solution integrates energy technology, real-time automation, software, and services to improve residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial settings.

Schneider Electric is included in the Euro Stoxx 50 stock market index, is a Fortune Global 500 corporation, and trades openly on the Euronext Exchange. The corporation earned €34.2 billion in sales for the fiscal year ending in 2022. Square D, APC, and others are all subsidiaries of Schneider Electric. It also conducts its own studies.

Schneider launched a bid to acquire RIB Software, a German software business, in February 2020 for €1.4 billion, and the sale was finalized in July of that year.[34] In 2020, Schneider Electric also bought ProLeiT AG, a maker of MES and control software for factories. The Zero Carbon Project' was unveiled by Schneider in April of 2021. It has proven since then that it intends to reduce its 'operational carbon emissions' by 2025. The merger between Schneider Electric and Aveva was completed in January of 2023.[
