Chef Giuseppe Tentori's masterwork, which opened in 2011, is a dedication to all things seafood in Chicago. He's actually revolutionizing the American seafood scene with a sophisticated yet simple seafood diner that caters to all palates.
Everything is fresh and local, especially the seafood, and the multi-awarded chef and his crew can turn even the most basic item into a memorable feast. The highlights here are six different single-origin oysters on the half shell, lobster, and king crabs, but they also produce a fantastic crab cake with red pepper aioli.
