Identify the causes of work stress
The first thing you need to do is figure out why you're stressed. It could be one of the reasons mentioned above. You should face stress, not avoid it. Acknowledge that you are in a state of need of attention and care. Work stress can make you tired, weak, and down. But that's okay, it's your natural reaction when you face difficulties and it's completely normal.
As you learn more about yourself, you will find that there are things that inadvertently cause you to become more stressed such as delay when completing a work task, competition with colleagues in the company or negative thoughts when looking at a problem, etc. and from there identifying ways to reduce stress. Consider this stressful time as a necessity for you to know how to take care of and change yourself. Don't force yourself to suffer or hide it. No one will understand you better than yourself.
