Take advantage of "dead" time
As you are gradually getting used to organize your time by building a schedule, there will be times when there will be small errors. You must regularly review your work process, consider the work efficiency compared to the time you spend reasonably, and must soon find solutions to overcome if your schedule is not really suitable for you.
Although you have planned and specific timetables to arrange and use your time in the most thorough and scientific way, it is inevitable that you will have "dead" time due to many external factors. You can fully utilize this downtime to do a few simple tasks, for example, when stuck in traffic early in the morning, you can use this time to plan your evening. Another instance is while spending time waiting in the dining room to take note of the miscellaneous things to buy.
