Stay away from computers and mobile phones
The role of electronic devices in work and life cannot be denied. However, if you are stressed, these devices are factors that make you more tired and stressed, affecting sleep and health and easily going downhill. Therefore, it is best to stay away from electronic devices (including phones, laptops, tablets, televisions,...) and gentle exercise for a few minutes can help you improve your mood and relieve stress effectively.
Stop using those devices at least a few times a day. Research shows that unexpected emails can increase stress, lower mood, and affect sleep, especially business messages. In addition, being constantly disturbed by the phone can have a negative effect, not as calming as people think. You should turn off phone apps if you don't need them as well as turn off the ringer, including the "beep" sound for incoming email or SMS messages.
