International School Moshi
International School Moshi is a fully recognized international school that educates children from 3 to 19 years old from both the local and expatriate communities. They provide a comprehensive range of educational options while maintaining a high degree of individual care for approximately 500 students (including about 150 boarders) distributed between two campuses and representing over 40 different countries.
Their Arusha Campus, on the western outskirts of Arusha, is a day school with roughly 200 students. They began delivering the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) in August 2014, in addition to the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP). With around 300 pupils, the Moshi Campus in the Kilimanjaro Region was founded in 1969, and ISM was the first school in Africa to provide the IB Diploma when it was introduced in Moshi in the 1970s.
The PYP and MYP, as well as the diploma, are available on campus. Moshi Campus offers a variety of boarding houses for kids above the age of seven, and around half of the students in Moshi are boarders; the rest are day students who live in Moshi with their families.
