Domino's Pizza (in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh), Popeyes (in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan), and Dunkin' Donuts (in India) are all owned by Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, an Indian food service corporation headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Ekdum! and Hong's Kitchen are two of the company's in-house restaurant concepts. Jubilant FoodWorks is owned by Shyam Sunder Bhartia (Shobhana Bhartia's husband) and Hari Bhartia, who also own the rest of the Jubilant Bhartia Group.
Shyam Sunder Bhartia and Hari Bhartia of the Jubilant Bhartia Group partnered with Domino's Pizza as a master franchise after getting a recommendation from a friend who already had overseas pizza licenses. Domino's Pizza India Private Ltd. opened for business in 1996 after being formally established on March 16, 1995.Domino's Pizza originally arrived in India in 1996, with a location in New Delhi.
In 2009, the firm's leadership decided to rebrand under the name Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. Since 2005, Ajay Kaul has been in charge of it . In April of 2017, Pratik Rashmikant Pota was named CEO. In March of 2022, Pota stated that he would be leaving his position in June.
