Justin Bieber is a Canadian singer. Bieber is well-known for his genre-blending musicianship and has had a significant impact on modern popular music. My World 2.0 (2010), Bieber's adolescent pop-driven debut studio album, debuted atop the US Billboard 200, becoming him the youngest solo male performer to top the chart in 47 years. The album spawned the worldwide successful hit "Baby", which went on to become one of the highest certified singles of all time in the United States, and enhanced Bieber's global fans, dubbed "Beliebers", a portmanteau of Bieber and "believer". Bieber debuted in EDM with the release of "Where Are Ü Now", which received the Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Recording in 2015.

Time named Bieber one of the world's 100 most influential people in 2011, and he was on Forbes' list of the top ten most powerful celebrities in 2011, 2012, and 2013.
